CANCELLATIONS/LOCK OUTS - Maid Brigade makes every effort to accommodate our customer’s scheduling needs. We ask that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hour notice for any changes to your schedule. This means that we need to hear from you by noon the day before your scheduled cleaning. If you are scheduled for a Monday we need to hear from you by noon on Friday. If we are not given adequate notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled cleaning, or are unable to gain access to your home, you will be charged a “lock-out” fee equal to your regular cleaning fee. If this is an hourly / initial cleaning you will be charged the full estimated cost. Please note that if you skip or reschedule a cleaning your next cleaning will be done at the corresponding fixed rate (ex: you push your bi-weekly cleaning back a week it will be done at the tri-weekly rate that cleaning. You skip a bi-weekly cleaning, the next one is done at the monthly rate), and if its been more than 4 weeks between cleanings, the next cleaning is done at the hourly rate just as the initial cleaning. This policy is in effect because it takes additional time to clean when additional time has passed between cleaning dates. While we do take your time requests into consideration when setting up our schedule, these times are not guaranteed.

OUR GUARANTEE
If you feel that any area or item we cleaned is unacceptable, simply notify our office within 24 hours of your cleaning date and do not attempt to re-clean the area or item yourself, and we will promptly return to re-clean any area or item that was not cleaned to your satisfaction.
